How do you provide an estimate for your work?
We base our prices on the number of stitches plus the cost of the item to be stitched (if purchased from us).

How long does it usually take to fulfill an order?
We typically ask for ten working days from receipt of the order.

Do you provide services for digitizing an image?
We do not digitize in house, however we can get (provide) a free qoute on cost and typically can have a proof within two days from receipt of order.

We accept cash, check, and most major credit cards, i.e. MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. All orders over the web must accompany a deposit.
